This week was my first visit to White & Poole and was BY FAR the best dental experience of my adult life! It’s been about 24 hours since my visit and I can’t stop telling people about how wonderful the experience was. Starting with the new client paperwork, I felt so respected and “heard.” Everyone who worked with me was patient and kind, talking through each part of the process with me, and giving tips for how to do things better. The team was efficient and very respectful of my time. The personalities and atmosphere of the office helped but me at ease (which I usually am not at the dentist!). The office was clean and professional, with plenty of windows to help things feel more peaceful. I will definitely be visiting the office again, and recommending to all my friends!
