This week was my first visit to White & Poole and was BY FAR the best dental experience of my adult life! It's been about 24 hours since my visit and I can't stop telling people about how wonderful the experience was. Starting … More with the new client paperwork, I felt so respected and "heard." Everyone who worked with me was patient and kind, talking through each part of the process with me, and giving tips for how to do things better. The team was efficient and very respectful of my time. The personalities and atmosphere of the office helped but me at ease (which I usually am not at the dentist!). The office was clean and professional, with plenty of windows to help things feel more peaceful. I will definitely be visiting the office again, and recommending to all my friends!

Dr. Pool is absolutely the best. … More I couldn't imagine going anywhere else since meeting her. She is so easy to talk to and the appointment was relaxed and just what I have been looking for. I have had many horrifying cleanings in the past. Pain, anxiety, uncomfortableness. This is not a "get in and get out" kind of place. They truly care about you and what's best for you. Behind Dr. Pool the best part of the office is Heather. She is an absolute gem and a great find for the office. Her smile and welcoming attitude was exactly what was needed to calm this intimidated dental patient. I can't say enough great things about this office. I'm here to stay!
